1. Purpose of the Website

The website www.sama.ma (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) is published by SAMA – African Medical Assistance Company, whose mission is to facilitate access to medical care in Morocco for foreign patients through medical assistance, medical evacuation, and care coordination services.

Access to and use of the Site imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use (TOU).

2. Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to any user with an Internet connection.
Any related costs (connection, equipment, etc.) are the user’s responsibility.

SAMA reserves the right to suspend, limit, or temporarily interrupt the Site for maintenance, updates, or any other technical reason, without prior notice.

3. Services Provided

The Site allows users to:

• Obtain information about SAMA’s services (medical evacuation, medical assistance, concierge, post-treatment follow-up, etc.)

• Submit a contact request or a medical file for review

• Be connected with a medical or logistical advisor

SAMA acts as an intermediary and coordinator of medical services.
SAMA is not a healthcare facility and does not provide any direct medical acts.

4. Responsibilities

SAMA strives to ensure the accuracy and timely updating of the information published on the Site.
However, this information is provided for informational purposes only and does not replace medical consultation or professional diagnosis.

The user remains solely responsible for the use made of the information and services available on the Site.
SAMA cannot be held liable for:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content

• Technical interruptions

• Damages resulting from improper use of the Site

Information submitted via the Site’s forms (name, email, medical data, etc.) is used exclusively for processing the medical assistance request.
